Are you ready to ignite the fire within? Core O' Clock Flow is a powerful class combining traditional core exercises and power yoga. It is designed to build inner strength with core focused yoga poses to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. It will guide you away from overthinking and into the present moment, fostering mindfulness in motion as you enhance strength, flexibility and balance.
Power WithYin is a heated class that fuses power yoga and yin yoga together. Focusing on balance in building full body strength through fluid, dynamic movement and releasing myofascial "stickiness" in your muscles, while increasing range of motion in your joints.
Power Hour Flow is a challenging, energizing, balanced flow. You will be guided through an energetic and quick flowing sequence , with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to melt away stress, while building strength, endurance and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered.
This class begins with a strong vinyasa practice, focusing on active, energizing poses that build strength, flexibility, and stamina. You'll flow through a sequence that gets your heart pumping and your muscles engaged, leaving you invigorated. Then, we transition seamlessly into the Yin portion of the class, where we slow it down and melt into deep, Yin poses. You will leave feeling strengthened, lengthened & recharged!
Power Sculpt Yoga is a heated, dynamic cardio & strength workout that combines bodyweight exercises and/or weights or bands within the flow. This vinyasa-style class promotes enhanced strength, flexibility, and endurance. Power Sculpt Yoga seamlessly blends the mental and physical advantages of yoga with calorie-burning movements and muscle-building poses. It helps shift your focus from thoughts to the present moment, promoting meditation in motion. All skill levels are warmly welcome to join.
