Core O' Clock Flow - Heated (5am)

 Are you ready to ignite the fire within? Core O' Clock Flow is a powerful class combining traditional core exercises and power yoga. It is designed to build inner strength with core focused yoga poses to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. It will guide you away from overthinking and into the present moment, fostering mindfulness in motion as you enhance strength, flexibility and balance.

Power WithYin- Heated (5am)

 Power WithYin is a heated class that fuses power yoga and yin yoga together. Focusing on balance in building full body strength through fluid, dynamic movement and releasing myofascial "stickiness" in your muscles, while increasing range of motion in your joints.

Power Hour Flow - Heated (5am)

 Power Hour Flow is a challenging, energizing, balanced flow. You will be guided through an energetic and quick flowing sequence , with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to melt away stress, while building strength, endurance and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome, as modifications are always offered.

Hot Yin-Yang Yoga

 This 70 min class begins with a Yang-style practice, focusing on active, energizing poses that build strength, flexibility, and stamina. You'll flow through a sequence that gets your heart pumping and your muscles engaged, leaving you invigorated and ready to conquer the world. Then, we transition seamlessly into the Yin portion of the class, where we slow it down and melt into deep, restorative poses.

Hot yoga

Get ready to turn up the temperature on your practice and let the sweat flow. In this class, we'll be cranking up the heat to enhance your flexibility, increase circulation, and detoxify your body. Moving you out of your head and into your body, the warm and humid environment allows your muscles to loosen up, making it easier to sink deeper into those poses. We'll guide you through a sequence of poses designed to build strength, balance, and endurance.

Hot Pilates Fusion

Hot pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout performed in a heated room. This dynamic class combines mat Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to sculpt and strengthen muscles, improve core stability, boost endurance, and promote deep detoxification through sweat. Set to upbeat music, Hot Pilates delivers an invigorating full-body full-body workout that's gentle on the joints but tough on the calories. Ashtanga Led Half Primary Series

Ashtanga Led Half Primary Series

Move through the first half of the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series in this guided, breath-led flow with Sabrina. Expect Sun Salutations, standing postures, and seated work up to Navasana, and gentle assists all linked with steady ujjayi breath and focused movement.
