Kim was active duty military and found her days filled with work and grueling physical training. She soon found working out hard became a way to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression. Yoga has given her a way to connect to the body in a wholistic way, and has opened the doors for a deeper emotional and spiritual connection. Her aim is to use her military, group fitness instructor, and yoga training to create safe, nurturing, and challenging flows for people of all levels.
Sabrina has been a practitioner of yoga since 2015, and yoga provided a space in her life to discover what it means to be grounded. As a teacher, Sabrina knows how challenging every aspect of our modern life is, and that doesn’t stop with yoga. It can be tough to make it to our mat some days, but Sabrina is passionate about creating classes and a space that remind you of the strength within. With challenging flows filled with options to play and explore, Sabrina’s classes are ones designed to support you wherever you are, at any level of your journey. Here’s what Sabrina would like to say about joining her classes: “To me, there’s no such thing as someone not being able to do yoga. In my classes, I incorporate options that you give you, as an individual, the opportunity to explore and find your unique expression and flow. Yoga shows us that we are perfect as we are. Coming to a class is not about performing for everyone in the room, but about celebrating the little wins. Yoga is about discovering and celebrating you.”
Stephanie has been teaching group fitness for over 13 years and has certifications in Yoga, Personal Training, Spin, Barre, PiYo and TRX. She discovered her love for yoga while living in Kansas and first working as a spin instructor at a yoga studio; but was a self proclaimed "not a yoga person". Finding her place on the mat has allowed her to not only find mobility, flexibility and gratitude but has given her a passion to help others do the same. She is incredibly thankful for a body that moves, lungs that breathe, and a heart that beats. She wants you to leave every class whether it's yoga or spin feeling empowered, strong and grateful. Outside the studio, Stephanie is an army wife and mom to two girls, Maggie and Avery, and can usually be found at the beach.
